Job Description
The Protégé Programme at IJM Corporation Berhad is an 8-month internship designed for recent graduates in various engineering and management fields. Interns will gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in site visits and inspections.
- Support the preparation of project documentation.
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Engage in meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Recent graduates or individuals with 0–2 years of work experience
Minimum CGPA of 3.00
Available to start in November/December 2025
