Job Description
In this role, you will engage with healthcare panel providers, particularly hospitals, to foster collaborative relationships and ensure optimal service delivery. Your day-to-day work will involve evaluating provider applications, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting network strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with healthcare panel providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate new panel provider applications and coordinate documentation for selection.
- Conduct site visits for provider assessment and selection.
- Deliver performance review presentations to stakeholders.
- Monitor provider performance indicators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to enhance service efficiency.
- Support the implementation of network strategies aimed at controlling medical costs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations, insurance, or the healthcare industry.
Preferred background as a medical doctor, nurse, or experienced professional in hospital billing, claims, or provider network management.
Strong understanding of hospital billing practices and medical claims processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
