The Purchasing Executive is responsible for processing purchase requisitions and converting them into purchase orders accurately and efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Maintain and update the vendor database.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
