Job Description
As a QS / Contract Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying activities from pre-contract to post-contract phases. This includes preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will also be involved in monitoring project budgets, managing variations, and providing financial reports to stakeholders. Your role will require effective communication and collaboration with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
Proficient in cost estimation and budget management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with relevant software and tools in Quantity Surveying
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
