The Quality Engineer Intern will assist in resolving customer issues and enhancing their experiences while gaining practical skills in a supportive setting. This role involves contributing to customer satisfaction and quality initiatives at Schneider Electric.
The Quality Engineer Intern at Schneider Electric will join the Customer Satisfaction and Quality team to help address post-sales quality complaints and issues. The intern will support the Front Office Quality team, utilize CRM and data analytics tools, collaborate with various stakeholders, and assist in managing warranty returns and containment actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
A customer-focused mindset is essential for this role.
Experience in handling customer inquiries is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to develop coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Willingness to work collaboratively across teams and with customers.
