MVC Resources is seeking high-caliber professionals across multiple seniority levels in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Commercial Management to support major property development, EPC, and commercial infrastructure projects across Malaysia. The roles range from Junior Quantity Surveyors to Head of Contract Administration, each with specific responsibilities in cost estimation, project cost control, and leading commercial operations.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or equivalent.
Junior QS: 1 – 3 years of experience in property development, main contracting, or QS consultancy.
Senior QS: 4 – 7 years of hands-on experience handling end-to-end post-contract and pre-contract work.
Commercial Manager/Senior Manager: 8+ years of commercial management experience.
Head of Contract Administration: 12+ years of senior management experience.
Strong familiarity with PAM, PWD, CIDB, or FIDIC contracts; proficient in CostX, Glodon, AutoCAD, or MS Excel.
Excellent commercial acumen, sharp negotiation skills, strong leadership capability, and high attention to contractual details.
