Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proficient in cost estimation, with the ability to accurately prepare and analyze construction costs.
Experienced in quantity takeoff, ensuring precise measurement and quantification of materials and labor.
Knowledgeable in contract management principles and practices, including contract administration and dispute resolution.
Skilled in cost control techniques, monitoring project expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Familiar with construction cost management methodologies, including budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to project success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
