Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
• Support contract document preparation and administration.
• Implement cost control measures throughout the project.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a construction cost management system.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor bids.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and work quality.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
