Role Summary

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for measuring and analyzing project costs and progress. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule through effective collaboration with site teams.

Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will engage in daily activities that involve assessing project costs and monitoring progress. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and timely claims. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and analyze project costs and progress. - Take-off quantities from drawings for accurate cost estimation. - Prepare progress claims and assist in BOQ preparation. - Verify site measurements in collaboration with project teams. - Ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule. - Collaborate with site teams to address any discrepancies. - Assist in the preparation of variation orders and tendering processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience is an advantage.

Hands-on experience in quantity taking-off and measurements for structural elements.

Knowledge in progress claims, variation orders, tendering, and cost estimation is a plus.

Willingness to work on alternate Saturday basis.
