Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will prepare tender Bill of Quantities (BQ) and documentation, manage project costing, and oversee contract administration. Your role includes taking-off quantities, coordinating pre-tender documentation, negotiating prices, reviewing material quotations, and ensuring proper documentation. You will also verify claims from sub-contractors and liaise with various stakeholders to monitor project progress and maintain budget control.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Preferably minimum 2 to 5 years relevant working experience as QS or Contract Executive.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong measurement skills and a hardworking attitude.
Ability to lead, organize, coordinate, and manage tasks independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior position.
