
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs and overseeing contract administration. This role involves preparing tender documentation and ensuring budget control while liaising with various stakeholders.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will engage in daily tasks that include preparing Bills of Quantities and managing project costing in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Preferably minimum 2 to 5 years relevant working experience as QS or Contract Executive.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong measurement skills and a hardworking attitude.
Ability to lead, organize, coordinate, and manage tasks independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior position.
