The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while supporting the overall financial health of the company.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate updates for all transactions in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain financial integrity and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Review transaction entries against supporting documents for sales invoices, progress claims, and purchase invoices.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Provide financial reports and insights to management as needed.
