Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate updates for all transactions in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain financial integrity and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Review transaction entries against supporting documents for sales invoices, progress claims, and purchase invoices.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management as needed.
Job Requirements
Experience in Autocount Software
Minimum education requirement: LCCI
At least 2-4 years of experience in a related field
Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
Ability to handle multitasking effectively
Good communication skills
Committed and aggressive work ethic
