Quantity Surveyor at CGS Venture Sdn Bhd - Puchong

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to various aspects of project cost management.

As a Quantity Surveyor intern, you will support the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents. This includes gathering data on materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs, as well as assisting in conducting quantity take-offs and preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) for tendering and procurement purposes.

You will also aid in the tendering process by helping to prepare tender documents, organizing and distributing tender packages, and tracking submissions from contractors and suppliers. Additionally, you will assist in the procurement process, administer construction contracts, monitor project costs against budgets, and maintain accurate project documentation while collaborating with the project team to ensure smooth execution.
