Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position is essential for ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget management, and financial control throughout all project phases. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time and within budget, providing strategic financial oversight that impacts our construction initiatives' profitability and success.
In this role, you will prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates, conduct feasibility studies, manage variations and claims, and liaise with various stakeholders to clarify design requirements. You will also monitor costs, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
