
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for sourcing and selecting quality candidates for event activation projects. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the workforce that contributes to the company's growth and client satisfaction.
As a Recruitment Executive, you will work closely with the Event Operation department to identify and attract top talent. Your day-to-day tasks will involve screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant fields.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent interviewing and selection skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Hands-on experience in recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Confidence in decision-making.
