Role Summary
The Regional Executive, IT is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure. This role ensures the efficient operation of hardware, software, and networks within a dynamic retail environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will work closely with various teams to maintain system security and assist in IT projects.

Job Requirements

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with ITIL practices.
