Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager (Component & Commercial Channel) is responsible for planning and activating strategic component marketing and channel programs in the APJ and India region. This role supports communication between global and regional marketing teams to drive growth in server branded and server component devices. The position involves a mix of component marketing and commercial channel marketing responsibilities, focusing on campaign planning, account enablement, partner engagement, and go-to-market activation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience in technology, semiconductor, or B2B/Channel industries with proven partner-led demand generation, MDF management, and go-to-market activation.

Strong knowledge of AMD product ecosystem including Ryzen and Radeon platforms and partner landscapes such as OEMs, AIBs, ODMs, distributors, retailers, and SIs.

Experience executing channel and component marketing campaigns tailored to gaming, DIY, commercial client, and server segments.

Skilled in localizing global strategies and assets into partner-specific campaigns across APAC markets.

Proficient in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and KPI reporting for multi-partner campaigns.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across regional marketing, sales, operations, and global business units.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards is a plus.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills including storytelling and executive presentations.

Experience working with global partners such as Dell, HP, ASUS, Ingram Micro, Synnex, Gigabyte, and Tier 1 SIs and VARs.

Understanding of channel segmentation, partner tiering, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Background leading campaigns across Component (DIY/Gaming) and Commercial (SMB/Server) segments with adaptability to partner needs.

Copywriting, basic design, or creative asset briefing experience is a plus.

Highly organized, data-driven, with ability to balance execution and long-term strategy.

Passion for technology, market trends, and supporting partner success in competitive environments.

Ability to integrate global and regional strategies into local campaigns.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with a can-do attitude.

Agility in navigating varying partner maturity levels and market conditions.

Ability to measure and articulate marketing ROI and sales influence.

Organized, analytical, and performance-focused with passion for innovation.

Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% within APAC for partner meetings and events.
