Job Description
The Field Application Engineer at AMD collaborates closely with account managers to penetrate the enterprise market effectively. This position involves addressing technical and product issues for enterprise customers, server OEM/ODM, and ISV partners through various communication channels, including email, phone, and on-site visits, with some travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers and partners.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AMD EPYC-based servers.
- Conduct on-site visits to assist customers with product integration.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.

Job Requirements
3 - 5 years of previous technical experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills for effective multitasking.
Experience with AMD or Intel x86 platforms.
Familiarity with server software ecosystems, including OS/Hypervisors.
Proactive and self-directed with a disciplined work ethic.
Team player capable of collaborating with various functional units.
