Role Summary
The Regional Senior, KOL & Community Management is responsible for developing and executing a regional KOL strategy that aligns with brand objectives. This role plays a crucial part in managing KOL partnerships and overseeing community engagement initiatives across multiple markets.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve sourcing KOLs, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional KOL strategies.
- Manage KOL partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty.
- Source and identify potential KOLs for campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or community management.
Proven track record in managing KOL campaigns across multiple markets.
