3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
Experience with enterprise or retail systems
Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation
Strong skills in business process analysis
Experience in UAT coordination and defect tracking
Knowledge of change management and system governance
Familiarity with POS platforms and retail operations systems
Ability to produce structured documentation
