Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaborating with regional operations, product, and engineering teams. You will play a crucial role in supporting POS system enhancements and ensuring effective communication across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Support enhancements to the POS system.
- Conduct structured testing of system changes.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Maintain audit documentation for system changes.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams.
- Ensure alignment of system changes with business objectives.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
Experience with enterprise or retail systems
Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation
Strong skills in business process analysis
Experience in UAT coordination and defect tracking
Knowledge of change management and system governance
Familiarity with POS platforms and retail operations systems
Ability to produce structured documentation
