Role Summary
The Regional Tender Manager is responsible for leading the strategic tendering process for Data Center projects across the region. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to ensure successful project execution and risk management.
Job Description
In this position, you will oversee the tendering process, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency. Your day-to-day activities will include managing bids, analyzing RFQs, and negotiating contracts to facilitate project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic tendering process for Data Center projects.
- Animate the account community to foster collaboration.
- Ensure consistency in designs and pricing across projects.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process from RFQ analysis to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to minimize risks and optimize costs.
- Facilitate smooth project transfers to execution.
- Formalize lessons learned for future success.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Solution Tendering and complex project environments.
5 years of experience in functional or remote project team management.
Prior experience in the Data Center industry is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams in a matrix structure.
Strong skills in risk mitigation, target pricing, and commercial offer synthesis.
