As a Regional Tender Manager, you will lead the strategic tendering process for Data Center projects across the region. Responsibilities include animating the account community, ensuring consistency in designs and pricing, and managing the end-to-end bid process from RFQ analysis to contract negotiation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to minimize risks, optimize costs, and facilitate smooth project transfers to execution while formalizing lessons learned for future success.
Minimum 5 years in Solution Tendering and complex project environments.
5 years of experience in functional or remote project team management.
Prior experience in the Data Center industry is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams in a matrix structure.
Strong skills in risk mitigation, target pricing, and commercial offer synthesis.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in contract negotiation and leading transfer to execution.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities to foster team collaboration.
