As a Retail Associate at AEON Tebrau or Southkey Megamall, you will be pivotal in enhancing the customer experience within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their shopping journey. This includes understanding their needs, answering queries, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. You will also be responsible for maintaining product displays and assisting with inventory management, all while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
