Retail Executive – Parkson

The Retail Executive will support Outlet Managers in meeting sales goals and managing inventory. This role involves motivating a team and ensuring high customer service standards.

Responsible in assisting the Outlet Managers in achieving the departmental sales target and margins. The role will include driving sales, managing business with good inventory management, liaising closely with Merchandiser and vendor on promotion, coaching, motivating and inspiring a team of customer assistants to drive sales, developing customer base and delivering a high standard of service people talk about.
