In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Outlet Managers to ensure sales targets are met and inventory is effectively managed. You will engage with a team of customer assistants, promoting a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Outlet Managers in achieving sales targets
- Drive sales and manage inventory effectively
- Liaise with Merchandiser and vendors on promotions
- Coach and motivate customer assistants
- Develop customer base and enhance service standards
- Monitor sales performance and report on results
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Customer-oriented mindset
