Job Description

As a Risk Officer, you will promote risk management awareness and culture across the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting research on regulatory changes, performing risk audits on operating processes, and maintaining the risk register. You will also assist in preparing reports, conducting root cause analysis for incidents, and supporting special assignments like ESG audits and stock takes to ensure organizational stability and compliance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or Economics.

Knowledge of risk frameworks, governance, and internal control methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with risk management software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to professional ethics.
