Job Description
As a Road Operation Supervisor, you will plan and coordinate the work of subordinates, conduct inspections of plaza facilities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with quality plans and standard operating procedures. You will also provide training for new staff and maintain a safe working environment while managing resources efficiently.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Information Technology, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
Possess Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, or Certificate of Competency with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
STPM / SPM qualification with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
Prior working experience in Toll Operations System or Expressway management will be an added advantage.
Good leadership qualities and communication skills.
Proficient in computer usage and basic software such as MS Word and Excel.
Positive working attitude, self-driven, resourceful, systematic, and equipped with strong analytical skills.
