Job Description
As a Safety & Health Officer, you will engage in daily activities that support safety and health initiatives in compliance with local legislation and Top Glove standards. You will work closely with different teams and authorities to enhance safety practices and ensure adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety and health programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage and conduct safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on safety protocols.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote safety awareness.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding safety compliance.
- Propose recommendations for safety improvements based on audits.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety / Engineering / Science
Registered Safety & Health Officer (Green Book) with DOSH
Good knowledge of local authorities including DOSH, CIDB, BOMBA
Experience with plant operating equipment
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel
Ability to work in Banting, Selangor
