Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing property bookings and sales documentation in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end property booking and sales documentation
- Prepare and coordinate SPA/eSPA documentation with solicitors
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Monitor payment collections and follow up on loan approvals
- Liaise with banks and purchasers regarding financing matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for sales processes
- Provide professional responses to purchaser inquiries
- Build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
