The Sales and Marketing Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing the sales performance and growth of the brand across online platforms including website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing sales processes, monitoring inventory, supporting campaign execution, organizing events and booths, maintaining marketing assets, posting on social media, and tracking sales and social media metrics. This position requires proficiency in Excel, Word, and Canva and involves both online and on-site store management with a focus on driving revenue and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
Highly meticulous and attentive to detail to maintain data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, rankings, data analysis), Word and Canva.
Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
Be reliable, self-motivated, and creative in problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, and coordinate effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
