
The Sales Assistant / Executive is responsible for being the first point of contact with potential customers. This role plays a crucial part in introducing Oxyfresh's product range and facilitating sales through appointment scheduling for the Sales Manager.
In this role, you will engage with potential customers daily, showcasing our innovative pet care products and assisting in the sales process. You will work in a dynamic environment that values customer interaction and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Pleasant and confident phone manner.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
