As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers daily, ensuring they receive top-notch service while promoting our food products. You will be involved in various tasks, from preparing merchandise to maintaining cleanliness in the sales area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Prepare merchandise for the Bakery, Delica, or Sushi Department.
- Maintain cleanliness in the sales area.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory management.
- Handle defective goods returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong interest in the retail sector.
Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Cheerful and outgoing personality.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
