
The Sales Assistant role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales in the food area. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales environment and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
As a Sales Assistant, you will manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service to promote product sales. Responsibilities include preparing merchandise for the Bakery, Delica, or Sushi Department, maintaining cleanliness in the sales area, and participating in training sessions. You will also assist with stock-taking and handle defective goods returns.
Minimum SPM and above.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.
Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Cheerful personality and not shy.
Have a pleasant personality - smart dress and professional speaking.
