
The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in finding the products they need. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience in the store through effective communication and a friendly approach.
As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and guiding them in product selection. You will also ensure that the sales area is organized and appealing while assisting in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
