As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers daily, providing them with accurate and timely responses to their inquiries. Minimum of Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent.
Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Proficient in using computers and office applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
