In this role, the Sales Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that include customer interactions, technical support, and collaboration with various teams. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Create opportunities for product presentations to customers.
- Gather information on potential customers and projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Handle quotations and monitor competitors' activities.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address client complaints.
- Travel to customer sites for education or issue resolution.
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical), Business or related field.
At least 5 years working experience in a sales environment.
Other work experience in the construction industry will be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and resourceful.
