Job Description
The Sales Executive / Customer Service role is based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur and involves engaging with walk-in customers to understand their furniture or makeover needs, presenting suitable products and solutions, achieving monthly sales targets, and coordinating customer orders and payments. The role includes responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, providing after-sales support, maintaining showroom standards, and assisting with customer appointment scheduling and product demonstrations. Additional duties include supporting events, managing documentation, updating records, and handling Meta leads.
Job Requirements
SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented, friendly, and patient.
Willing to work on weekends as part of the retail schedule (off days on weekdays).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Bonus: Experience in furniture, interior design, or retail sales.
