In this role, the Sales Executive will engage with customers daily to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present Delitea's products and services to clients.
  • Meet with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management.

Job Requirements

Age between 21 and 32 years old.

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Own transport and willing to travel for client visits.

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or B2B environments.
