The Sales Executive role at Delitea involves promoting and presenting the company’s products and services to potential and existing clients. The position requires building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales retention.
The Sales Executive is responsible for actively promoting and presenting Delitea's products and services to prospective and existing clients. This role involves meeting customers to identify their needs, providing tailored solutions, preparing and following up on quotations and orders, and offering after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and retention, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction, and maintain records of sales activities while reporting progress to management.
Age between 21 and 32 years old.
Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
Outgoing, confident, and persuasive in sales presentations.
Basic computer skills including MS Office, Google Drive, and Email.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or B2B environments.
