The role is for a Sales Executive in Property Development responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties. The individual will manage sales inquiries, conduct property viewings, present property details, assist in closing deals, maintain knowledge of company offerings, manage customer relationships, prepare sales reports, and support sales events and marketing activities.
The role involves promoting and selling residential and commercial properties developed by the company. The individual will attend to sales inquiries through various channels, conduct property viewings, present property details to prospective buyers, and assist in closing deals. They are also responsible for maintaining knowledge of company offerings and pricing, managing customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and supporting sales events and marketing alignment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off-days given in lieu).
Familiarity with property sales procedures, financing options, and basic legal documentation is an advantage.
