Sales Executive – ENC Nationwide Sdn Bhd

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers and managing sales leads. This role involves a dynamic work environment where the candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

The Sales Executive will spend their day visiting customers to provide samples and prepare quotations, while also handling inquiries and coordinating deliveries. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to provide product samples and prepare quotations.
• Handle sales leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Liaise with the Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers and sales coordinators for accurate delivery instructions.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
