Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily operations that include managing sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will work closely with various departments to drive brand value and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase servicing doors and distribution channels.
  • Monitor and enhance online sales channels for better performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) within the sales and marketing teams.
  • Drive initiatives to increase brand value and goodwill in the market.
  • Collaborate with Directors to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of marketing principles.
