
The Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for advising clients on various insurance products and leading a team of insurance representatives. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring the team meets sales targets and provides tailored insurance solutions.
As a Sales Manager, you will engage in daily interactions with clients to understand their insurance needs and guide them through the complexities of various insurance products. You will also oversee a team, providing support and direction to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on life, accident, automobile, liability, endowment, fire, and marine insurance products. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Lead and motivate a team of insurance representatives. - Guide the team in their sales efforts to meet targets. - Ensure clients make informed decisions to protect their assets and loved ones. - Navigate the complexities of insurance for clients.
SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales or insurance industry preferred.
