ZW Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales activities, and preparing sales proposals. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related industry.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, logistics, wooden products, or B2B sales will have an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude may also be considered.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities when required.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an added advantage.
