As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating sales orders efficiently. This includes ensuring accurate billing and account management, collaborating with sales teams to streamline operations, and maintaining records for financial reporting. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also assist in resolving any discrepancies related to billing and accounts, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with sales order processing systems is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving skills to address billing discrepancies
