The Sales Support Assistant will support the sales team by managing daily operations, customer follow-up, Instagram story posting, and handling simple merchandise tasks such as embroidery and handcrafted items. This role combines administrative duties, creative content posting, and customer service responsibilities. The assistant will post daily Instagram stories, assist with merchandise preparation and vendor coordination, follow up with customers regarding orders and stock, accurately key in orders, support sales during busy periods, and help with general sales operations including logistics and event support.
0–2 years experience in admin/sales support/CS roles.
Able to post IG stories comfortably.
Interested in embroidery / simple handcrafted merch.
Computer literate (WhatsApp, IG, basic sheets).
Based in KL & able to work onsite.
Responsible and reliable.
Responsible, organised and fast learner.
Friendly and good at customer communication.
Enjoys beauty products, lifestyle content and small handcrafted items.
Has basic aesthetic sense (posting stories that look nice).
Able to multitask and support a team.
Calm & steady during busy sales periods.
Must be able to speak, read & type Chinese (English is a bonus).
