Role Summary
The SAP ABAP Programmer is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining SAP applications. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing SAP functionalities across various business modules, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Job Description
As an SAP ABAP Programmer, you will engage in day-to-day development tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems. You will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SAP applications using ABAP programming.
- Support and enhance SAP functionalities across business modules such as FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, PS, HCM, and SuccessFactors.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex SAP issues to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP developments.
- Utilize SAP reporting tools like ALV, SAP script, and SmartForms for reporting needs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming and FRICEW.
Solid experience in supporting and customizing SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, and PS.
Proficiency in SAP reporting tools like ALV, SAP script, and SmartForms.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
