The role is for an SAP Logistics Consultant based in Malaysia, focused on supporting global service supply chain projects and optimizing back-end service processes through digital transformation. The consultant will collaborate with business and IT teams to drive digitalization and maintain strong relationships with global business users.
Job Description
The Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst role focuses on optimizing back-end service processes, innovating new digital technologies, and implementing information systems to streamline services. The consultant will support global service supply chain projects implementation and maintenance while maintaining good relationships with global business users. The role is located in Malaysia, specifically at Jalan SS 21/39, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Responsibilities include supporting change management and solution deployment, working with business and IT teams to drive digitalization, designing service processes and IT system solutions, continuous solution optimization, responding promptly to urgent business matters, and reporting daily to the Digital Transformation team.
Job Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, be good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing team working environment.
Digitalization and IT background is preferred.
Can read, write and speak English.
Professional in SAP SD/GL module, familiar with standard SD or warehouse operation process and functionalities.
3+ years related working experience, preferably with overseas projects or Company experience.
Experience of collaboration between Global and Regional functions.
Communication and presentation (oral and written) experience in effectively presenting ideas and results to local, regional and global audiences.
Proactive personality, willing to take responsibilities to solve pain points from users and team.
Post-sales service business knowledge and experience is a plus skillset.
Advanced technical skills in relevant technical skills, such as data analysis, software/system development, cloud solutions.
Capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders, presenting findings clearly, and fostering productive discussions.
Demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex situations and propose well-justified solutions.
Familiarity with relevant standards or frameworks, e.g., ISO, Data Protection, Security compliance, to ensure all project deliverables meet the required criteria.
