Role Summary
The SAP Logistics Consultant/SD/MM/PP is responsible for optimizing back-end service processes and implementing information systems to enhance service delivery. This role involves collaboration with global business users and supports the implementation of global service supply chain projects.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that focus on digital transformation and service process optimization within a dynamic team environment. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to drive digitalization initiatives and ensure effective solution deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management and solution deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive digitalization efforts.
- Design service processes and IT system solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Optimize solutions continuously to meet evolving business needs.
- Respond promptly to urgent business matters and provide timely solutions.
- Report daily to the Digital Transformation team on project progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with global business users to facilitate collaboration.
Job Requirements
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaboration and facilitation.
Preferred background in digitalization and IT.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Professional experience in SAP SD/GL module with knowledge of standard SD or warehouse operations.
Minimum of 3 years related working experience, preferably with international projects.
Experience in collaboration between Global and Regional functions.
Proactive personality with a willingness to address user pain points.
