Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily security operations, conducting risk assessments and managing security systems to ensure a safe working environment. You will collaborate with various teams to implement security measures and respond to incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective day-to-day security operations at designated sites.
- Conduct site security risk assessments and reviews of security protection plans.
- Manage the operation and effectiveness of physical security systems including access control and CCTV surveillance.
- Support and lead security-related activities for new site setups and expansions.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting investigations and coordinating corrective actions.
- Manage security guarding services at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive practical risk mitigation actions based on identified vulnerabilities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP).
Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
