As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?   Ensure effective day‑to‑day security operations at designated sites, maintaining compliance with corporate security policies, procedures, and customer security requirements. Conduct site security risk assessments and reviews of security protection plans, identifying vulnerabilities and driving practical risk mitigation actions. Manage the operation, availability, and ongoing effectiveness of physical security systems including access control, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, and video management systems. Support and lead security‑related activities for new site setups, expansions, or system upgrades, ensuring security requirements are embedded into site design and implementation. Respond to security incidents and breaches, conduct investigations, coordinate corrective actions, and support lessons‑learned implementation to prevent recurrence. Manage security guarding services at assigned sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support internal and external security audits and certifications (including TAPA, AEO, CTPAT, RCAR, STP, and KCR), ensuring audit readiness and timely follow‑up on findings. Deliver security awareness training and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to embed a strong security culture across operations.
