We are seeking a Senior Ad Monetisation Specialist to take ownership of our ad monetisation strategy across web and mobile applications. This role involves hands-on execution, requiring expertise in configuring and optimising ad setups to drive incremental revenue while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Job Requirements
Advanced hands-on experience with Google AdMob
Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager
App ad mediation setup and optimisation, including bidding and waterfalls
Strong understanding of key ad metrics and ability to diagnose revenue drops
Experience with various ad formats such as banners and interstitials
Knowledge of consent management and privacy requirements
Ability to write clear implementation requirements for Engineering
Reporting and analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
Experience running A/B tests for ad placements and monetisation changes
