Role Summary
The Senior Associate-P2P Accounts Payable is responsible for providing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) accounts payable services to the AIA Group of Companies within Asia Pacific. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with accounting policies and standards while facilitating smooth financial operations.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, processing invoices and managing vendor relationships in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices through Ariba/SAP with three-way matching.
- Handle staff claims efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with vendors and requestors on order and payment queries.
- Manage invoice exceptions and purchase order listings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and standards.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Support the financial operations team in achieving departmental goals.
Job Requirements
University Degree in Accountancy.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in a financial and accounting-related field in an MNC.
Experience in a shared services or similar environment providing financial operations services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
