Job Description
The role involves providing professional audio engineering services, including the implementation and maintenance of industry best practices for audio post-production. The incumbent will operate Avid Pro Tools for audio post engineering, ensuring quality standards and timely completion of projects while supporting the strategic development of audio post services through research and internal training.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory role in audio engineering and minimum 5 years’ experience in post production for feature film and television content, including exposure to sound design, sound recording, editing, and mixing.
Strong track record of creative and technical audio engineering skills.
Advanced creative and technical audio post production working knowledge of local and international film and television content.
Good understanding of Audio Post Production (in detail) and Post Production (overall), and international standards of delivery of media content for broadcast, OTT/streaming and cinema DCP.
Extensive knowledge of DAW tools (Pro Tools preferred).
Proficiency in working with immersive sound formats (minimum 5.1 surround sound).
Able to mentor and guide team members.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Well organised and self-motivated approach to your workload.
