Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Transaction Services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role involves conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, ensuring they maximize value from their business deals. Key activities include analyzing financial statements, evaluating potential synergies, and reporting key issues to clients, all while working collaboratively within a team of problem solvers.

Job Requirements

3-4 years of experience in financial due diligence or external audit

Degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification (ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia)

Strong analytical skills and understanding of business drivers

Leadership, teamwork, and client servicing skills

Strong communication skills in English
