Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Transaction Services at PwC, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process within a collaborative team environment. You will analyze financial statements and report key issues to clients while helping them navigate complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on potential transactions.
- Analyze financial statements to assess business performance.
- Evaluate potential synergies between merging entities.
- Manage the transaction process from start to finish.
- Report key issues and findings to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions.
Job Requirements
3-4 years of experience in financial due diligence or external audit.
Degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification (ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia).
Strong analytical skills and understanding of business drivers.
Leadership, teamwork, and client servicing skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
