Senior Collections Specialist – Zurich Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

The Senior Collections Specialist performs finance-related activities including ledger management, report preparation, accounts receivable and payable tasks, and financial analysis. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and ensure compliance with internal controls.

This role involves performing finance-related activities across Financial Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Group Re, Planning, FinOps, and Performance Management with limited guidance. The individual ensures completion of tasks and procedures to meet key business objectives while managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently. The responsibilities include ledger management tasks such as accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings, preparing reports, conducting accounts receivable and payable activities, performing technical research, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, designing financial models, providing expertise on projects, optimizing automated processes, and maintaining internal control compliance.
