Job Description

This role involves performing finance-related activities across Financial Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Group Re, Planning, FinOps, and Performance Management with limited guidance. The individual ensures completion of tasks and procedures to meet key business objectives while managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently. The responsibilities include ledger management tasks such as accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings, preparing reports, conducting accounts receivable and payable activities, performing technical research, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, designing financial models, providing expertise on projects, optimizing automated processes, and maintaining internal control compliance.

Job Requirements

Ability to perform finance-related activities with limited guidance.

Experience in ledger tasks such as accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings.

Ability to prepare ledger reports and explain results.

Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

Capability to conduct basic technical research.

Skill in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to perform detailed financial analysis to support business strategy.

Experience contributing to budgeting and forecasting.

Skill in designing and reviewing moderately complex financial models.

Ability to provide subject matter expertise for projects and initiatives.

Experience in monitoring, optimizing, and implementing automated processes.

Knowledge of internal control guidelines and compliance requirements, including ICFR controls.
