The Senior Consultant for SAP FICO is responsible for implementing SAP solutions in an ERP cloud environment, focusing on S/4 Hana private or public cloud projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project implementation phases and collaborating with clients and teams to deliver fit-to-standard SAP solutions.
Job Description
The SAP Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expertise in SAP modules to implement fit-to-standard and clean core SAP solutions supporting clients' business in an ERP cloud environment. The role involves a strong understanding of the SAP Activate process, including scope items, and managing end-to-end project implementation in S/4 Hana private or public cloud projects. The consultant will conduct activities through all project phases such as Business Blueprint workshops, detailed design, realization including configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. Responsibilities include delivering fitting solutions, facilitating workshops, defining business goals, configuring systems, conducting tests, supporting data migration, integrating testing, executing training, managing change processes, handing over projects to support consultants, applying industry best practices, adhering to corporate standards, identifying sales opportunities, supporting presales efforts, and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
Job Requirements
5-7 years of SAP project implementation experience in cloud environment.
At least two end-to-end SAP project experience.
Understanding of country-specific legal and regulatory requirements such as VAT, GST, SST, e-invoice (where applicable).
Ability to closely collaborate with Developers, writing Functional Specs and testing Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows.
Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for the stream deliverables, including integration points with other modules and teams.
Excellent client relationship skills, strong customer service orientation with a convincing and creative personality.
Good skills in managing stakeholder expectations.
Solid skills in managing and collaborating with a team of professionals including customers, provide leadership and mentoring.
Well organised with strong management skills, and an ability to establish and work to priorities.
A highly positive, motivated, proactive and responsible self-starter able to work in a team as well as independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High quality documentation delivery (including functional specifications).
Adaptable to the consulting lifestyle, sometimes working long hours or weekend works with flexibility to travel which may be extensive depending on project requirements.
