In this role, the Senior Contracts Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include negotiating contracts and managing project closeouts. The work environment is dynamic, requiring travel to various sites for project initiation and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts.
- Manage the contract lifecycle effectively.
- Resolve disputes creatively and efficiently.
- Assess contract claims and manage associated costs.

Job Requirements
A relevant Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data center projects is an advantage.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
